James A. Lawson, Principal

Mr. Lawson has over 16 years in design, planning and development of residential, hotel and condominium projects in the South Florida and Caribbean markets.

Lawson is a Florida registered Architect and in such capacity was on the design team and/or the on-site architect for prestigious hotel projects such as Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Sheraton Bal Harbour, Marriott Frenchman's Reef, Diplomat Hotel, Ritz Carlton San Juan Puerto Rico.

James then became the Vice-president of Development for Aztec Leisure Corp in Ft. Lauderdale where he oversaw the development of the Renaissance Ft. Lauderdale Hotel, the Atlantic condo/hotel on Ft. Lauderdale beach and the Regent Winter Park Hotel and Condominium.

Mr. Lawson with Michael Kelleher formed Regroup Development LLC. in early 2003 to assist developers on the management of large scale hotels and condominium projects. They were awarded the development management contract of the Q Club Resort and Residences, a 333 room condo-hotel on Ft. Lauderdale beach.

Lauderdale, Project Management of 8 automobile dealerships in Atlanta Georgia, warehouse distribution facilities, along with Atlanta Braves Stadium renovations and numerous projects for CNN/ Ted Turner.
